1.1 Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
1.2 The return period is within 30 days of the date of purchase.
2. Return Process:

2.2 Provide the order/invoice number, item(s) and quantity to be returned, and reason for the return.
2.3 Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide a return material authorization number if necessary.
3. Shipping and Handling:
3.1 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.
4. Refund or Exchange:
4.1 Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or provide an exchange, as per your preference. For terms accounts a credit memo will be issued.
4.2 Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Exceptions:
5.1 Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
